RJ grew up in Alvarado, TX and has known the Owner (Matt) for over 20 years. RJ shows up to work every day with 1 goal: define what Hard Work and Dedication truly means. When you combine his 6 years of expertise in residential construction and his stellar Customer Experience record, it’s very obvious why people request to work with RJ often – always going above and beyond for his customers.

Beyond the job site, he finds solace and excitement in youth sports and the great outdoors with his loving wife and three cherished children by his side.
